Notice is hereby given of the Inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM).

To be held on Tuesday 24th June at 16:00 at:

Agenda

1          Appointment of Alderman Alison Gowman as Chair for the Meeting and recording of the first Executive Members, as set out in the Constitution dated 1st May 2025.

2          Review of LCAG activities

3          Treasurer’s Financial Report for the period ending 31st March 2025

4          Election of 12 members of the Executive. Nominations for the Executive are open until 19^th June 2025 and names will be circulated at the AGM. They will serve for the period 2025/6 (see link to Nomination Form below).

5          Any Other Business. As notified to Secretary by 12:00am on 19th June 2025 by email  info@liverycag.org.uk

6          Date of next AGM   TBA
