Phil Dominy, Director Energy & Infrastructure, EY (Ernst & Young) – leads the renewable energy strategy and PPA team in the UK. He advises companies and public sector organisations on how to meet renewable energy targets and reduce energy costs at the same time. His specialism is renewable power purchase agreements (PPAs) and he advised on the City of London PPA signed in late 2020.
Graeme Low, Assistant Director – Head of Energy and Sustainability, City of London Corporation – Graeme leads the Energy and Sustainability Team within the City Surveyors Department. He is responsible for the purchase of Energy on behalf of the organisation and is leading on the delivery of 4 aspects of the Climate Action Strategy focused around corporate and investment properties, design standards and resilience. Graeme joined the organisation is 2020 with over 25 years experience in Energy and Carbon Management across public and private sector roles. Graeme has been managing the delivery of the PPA and sleeving agreement for the Corporation.
