  • Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to LCAGevents@gmail.com at least 10 days before the event date.
  • Full Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for requests received 15 days or more before the event.
  • Partial Refunds: Requests received between 5-14 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refunds: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for requests made less than 5 days before the event.
  • Transfer of Tickets: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us of the transfer at least 4 days before the event via LCAGevents@gmail.com
  • Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
